Please allow up to 10 business days for custom items to be completed.
Please note that if you select more than 6 patches our team will narrow down the number of patches to 6 by choosing which patches look best on your bag (this total includes your letters).

Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 and a flat shipping rate of $5.95 on orders below that amount. We ship via USPS or UPS with delivery times of 3 to 5 business days. Please note that if you ordered a Custom Product, it may take up to 10 business days for us to create it before we ship it. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your package is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on all items, except for sale items or customized items (jackets, hats, bags). We offer free prepaid return labels. Just email us at info@littlechickenkids.com to initiate your return or exchange. We will deduct a restocking fee of $7 on any refunds.
