Our signature denim jacket has been tested for quality and fit by our neighbors, friends and customers... to ensure the perfect fit and durability for all kiddos. Not to mention that our custom jackets are inspected by 3 members of the LC team for quality and patch security before shipping.
SECURE PATCHES

LC attaches our patches by industrial heat press and then sews each patch on to the garment for extra security.

How do I create a custom piece?

Step 1 - Select a style to customize: jackets, backpacks, duffles, pouches, sweats or a hat

Step 2 - Choose from hundreds of custom patches to add to your piece.

Step 4 - Our team will follow your design layout and create your perfect custom piece! Each patch is heat pressed and stitched on to your item for extra security.

How long does it take to make a custom item?

A custom item can take up to 7 business days to create. Need your order sooner? Please select the 2 business day RUSH option. Feel free to write a note to the team when you place your order or email our team at info@littlechickenkids.com

How are my patched items customized?

Please use our customizer tool on your online order to ensure your patches are placed exactly where you want them on your piece. Our design team may rotate your patches slightly to make sure they are placed at the perfect angle.

All patches are heat pressed and then sewn ( with the exception of baseball hats). Please note that when designed pieces go into production there may be slight variation between the digital image & the actual item. As our items are sewn by hand, there may be minimal variation in stitching, etc.

Can I return a customized item?

Please note that our customized items are made
especially for you and they are not returnable/ refundable.

Can I wash a customized item?

Yes! We suggest hand washing or machine wash on
gentle cycle/ air dry.

Do you ship internationally and whatare your international policies?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide!

Little Chicken is not responsible and we are unable to control/predict the costs of duties, taxes, and other fees placed on international shipments. The shipping carrier will reach out to you directly with your charges, after your package has shipped. Taxes and duties will vary based on the country the order is shipping to.We do not allow returns and exchanges on international shipments. Any refusal of a shipment will not be refunded.

Are your items made in the USA?

Our customizable products are produced internationally,
but ALL customizations are done by hand in our NJ studio. All of our graphic t-shirts and sweatshirts are also hand-screened in our NJ design studio!
