Are the patches sewn on?

YES! Our patches are professionally applied using a commercial heat press and then securely sewn on long-lasting wear. Every jacket is carefully checked by both our sewing team and shipping department to ensure quality before it is shipped to you.

Can I choose where the patches go?

Absolutely! You can leave patch placement instructions in the Notes section at checkout, and our design team will do their best to accommodate your request.

For added peace of mind, you can also select our Proof Option. A member of our design team will arrange your patches on the jacket and email you a photo for approval before production begins. This allows you to review the design, request any changes, and ensure your personalized jacket looks exactly the way you envisioned before it's made.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! Feel free to add a gift note in the "notes" section. Our design team will write your note on one of our signature Little Chicken cards and include it in your package.

Is the jacket machine washable?

Yes! Our personalized denim jackets are machine washable. For best results, we recommend washing inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and laying flat or hanging to dry.
