How do your personalized denim jackets fit?

Our denim jackets feature a unisex, true-to-size fit with a relaxed feel. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend sizing up—a slightly bigger jacket allows room to grow.

What is the production and shipping timeline for my jacket?

Production time for customized jackets can take up to 7 business days, depending on demand. However, most jackets ship within 5 business days and are often sent out the same week your order is placed (excluding high-volume periods in November and December). If you need your jacket sooner, please select the RUSH option or overnight shipping. If you have questions about delivery timing, feel free to email our team—we’ll always do our best to accommodate your timeline.

How are the patches attached to the jacket?

Our patches are professionally applied using a commercial heat press and then securely stitched for long-lasting wear. Every jacket is carefully checked by both our sewing team and shipping department to ensure quality before it is shipped to you.

Can I choose where the patches go?

Yes! You can provide instructions for patch placement in the Notes section during checkout. If you’d like more control, you can also select our Proof Option. With this option, a member of our design team will lay out the patches on the jacket and send you a photo for approval before your jacket goes into production. This ensures your jacket looks exactly how you want it before it’s made.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! Feel free to add a gift note in the "notes" section. Our design team will write your note on one of our signature Little Chicken cards and include it in your package.
